Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes, always within the time limit. You just need to contact us (mail or phone) or follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

When can I chek-in/check-out?

You can check in between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and check out between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If past these timings, we couldn't contact you, the reservation will be charged and cancelled.

Do you offer a transfer service to the airport?

We don't offer that servixe, however you can arrange a taxi service at the front desk, or even make a taxi reservation for when the front desk is closed (between 11:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.).

Do you have cribs or high chairs for babies?

We have cribs free of charge which must be booked in advance. We also have a few high chairs.

Do the apartments have parking?

Yes, but there are limkted spaces and you cannot book one in advance.

Is kitchenware included in the apartments?

Yes, however if you need something more, you can ask at the front desk. We also have some small appliances to lend such as: hairdryer, blender, toaster, etc…

Do you offer breakfast service?

Yes, we have a breakfast buffet that needs to be booked in advance. Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Is there a laundry service?

We have a self-service free laundry, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day.
