Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes, as long as the booking terms and conditions are met. To modify or cancel a booking, simply contact us by email or phone, or reply to the confirmation email.

In the case of bookings made via third parties, you must contact customer service of the booking channel you used.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a Non-refundable booking?

No, Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You may check in between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. If you will be arriving later than this, you must contact the establishment sufficiently in advance in order to obtain information about how to proceed. If the establishment has not been able to contact guests after this time, the booking may be cancelled and charged.

Check-out is until 12 noon. Late check-outs are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

If I check out when Reception is not open (11.30 p.m. to 7.30 a.m.), where should I leave the key?

There is a letter box next to the main entrance of the establishment where you can leave the key if you check out when Reception is not open.

How long do you hold my booking for?

You must contact us if you will be arriving after 8 p.m.

Until what age is accommodation free for children?

Accommodation is free for children aged between 0 and 2 years. A travel cot can be provided at no extra charge, pending availability and prior booking. There is also no charge for children aged between 3 and 6 years, provided that they share a bed with the adults they are accompanying.

Which payment methods are accepted in the apartments?

You may pay in cash and by credit/debit card (VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Maestro).

Is it compulsory to provide a credit card number when booking?

Yes. We are unable to keep or guarantee your booking without a credit or debit card number. In the case of non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be charged to the card.

Do you have connecting apartments?

No, we do not have connecting apartments.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, or in the apartment booked. The accommodation management reserves the right to sanction non-compliance with this rule with a cleaning supplement (see internal regulations).

How far are you from the beach?

The nearest beach is Santa Cristina (Oleiros), situated less than 3 km from our establishment (approximately 25 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by car).

Are there any supermarkets nearby?

Alcampo hypermarket is just 3 minutes’ walk away (300 metres). There are also Family and LIDL supermarkets on the street parallel to our establishment. There is also a Mercadona supermarket 5 minutes’ drive away.

How can I get to the centre of A Coruña?

If you do not have a car or do not wish to drive to the city centre, you may take any of the bus lines that operate from Alcampo hypermarket to various points around the city.

I’m travelling by plane, how do I get to the apartments from Alvedro airport (A Coruña)?

From Alvedro airport, the ALSA A4 bus stops in Portazgo (3 minutes’ walk from our apartments).

Are the apartments cleaned every day?

No. Cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels are provided every 7 days’ continued stay (except kitchens).

I have booked an apartment for one person, but now there will be two of us, what should I do?

Contact the establishment to check availability and the applicable supplement. It is very important to inform the establishment of any changes to the original booking as capacity is limited depending on the apartment booked.

How can I book an apartment with a double bed?

In the case of the double apartments for single use and double apartments, the bed type is subject to availability on arrival. You are advised to contact the establishment to inform them of your preferences which, although cannot be guaranteed, will be taken into consideration at check-in. Triple apartments have a 150 cm double bed and a single 90 cm sofa bed. Double beds are guaranteed in this type of apartment.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately, our establishment does not allow pets.

Are there adapted apartments?

Unfortunately, we do not have apartments that are accessible for persons with reduced mobility.

Does the establishment have a lift?

We regret to inform you that there is no lift.

Do you provide a transfer service to the airport?

We do not provide a transfer service to the airport, although we can arrange a taxi service at Reception, or pre-book a taxi outside Reception hours (between 11.30 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.).

Can I request a cot or high chair for babies?

There are travel cots available for use free-of-charge, which can be booked in advance. We also have some high chairs.

Do the apartments have parking spaces?

Yes, although spaces are limited and cannot be booked in advance. Availability is always checked on arrival at the establishment. The maximum height is 1.80 m.

Do the apartments have a laundry service?

There is a self-service laundry available free-of-charge for guests. It is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. Laundry capsules can be purchased at Reception.

Do the apartments have kitchen utensils?

Yes, the apartment kitchens are equipped with basic utensils. If despite this, you require a particular utensil, please ask at Reception. We can also lend a number of small electrical appliances such as a hair dryer, food mixer, toaster, etc.

Is there a breakfast service?

Yes, we provide a self-service continental breakfast which must be booked in advance. Breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
